standing Mama bear , mouth open and glass eyes watching her cub above as if
with a smile , on a naturalistic base Fitted with an original oval shaped Tin drip
tray to protect the wood . Two looped
branches to hold walking sticks and umbrellas , and the upper branches where
the cub have climbed , branches on each side for hanging hats and scarfs etc ..
Strong depth of character face with smiling expression , traditional beautiful glass
eyes , and tongues red stained . This is a very charming hall stand of German Black
Forest Sculpture of bears family next to a tree . I have seen many over the
decades but this piece is outstanding in details proportions expressions and
